Using any Flex Dosing savings card

How the program works

The same three steps apply to every card in the library, whatever the product.

Step 1

Find your card

Browse the library above and match the NDC to the one printed on your prescription label. Open your card and print it or save it to your phone.

Step 2

Show it at the pharmacy

Present the coupon voucher to your pharmacist along with your insurance card and valid prescription. Insured patients with a prescription drug plan should pay no more than the amount shown on that card.

Step 3

Keep it for refills

The same card works on every refill of that prescription. Maximum benefit limits apply and are subject to change at any time.
